For years, like so many of us, I lived behind a mask formed by every thought, interaction, and experience I had collected. Over time, this mask grew thicker—layer by layer—until I could no longer distinguish what was truly mine and what were simply learned responses and survival patterns.

The ‘ME’ energy came forward as a gentle yet powerful force—one that peels back the layers of distortion and limitation to reveal what has always been there: my original soul blueprint, radiant with joy, wholeness, and clarity.

Opening the Sacred Space
We begin by setting clear energetic boundaries and inviting in Divine guidance. I connect with your Spirit Team, Archangel Raphael, and the White Light Healers to ensure the space is held in light, love, and truth.
Heart Portal Connection
Through a heart-centered energetic portal, I create a soul-to-soul connection with you. This allows for direct intuitive access and facilitates deep healing.
Energetic Scan & Soul Viewing
I conduct a full-body energetic scan—identifying blockages, imbalances, and areas requiring healing or release. With guidance from Spirit, I receive messages, visions, and energetic impressions specific to your journey.
Healing & Realignment
As Spirit facilitates the clearing and alignment process, I remain fully tuned in—taking detailed notes of the messages, insights, and actions being taken. You remain energetically supported, but free to relax and receive.
Detailed Session Notes
I take notes throughout the session on all messages received, healing actions performed, and intuitive insights that arise. These will be shared with you after the session for your reflection and integration.
Closing the Session
Once the session is complete, I gently disconnect the heart portal and offer any final messages from Spirit. This is followed by an opportunity for you to ask questions or receive clarity around what was experienced.
